Even after your transaction closes, I’ll be there to answer your questions – and several issues can arise after escrow has archived your file and the sales agents are on to other deals.
Honestly, I can’t help everyone, or always get you a good deal. But, if I can’t, I’ll let you know and I’ll try to recommend other options for you.

I had dealt with refinancing on my own in the past, but when I decided to get a reverse mortgage, I realized I was going to need some help. I reached out to David based on his many glowing reviews online, and I’m so glad I did because he lived up to every one of them.
Working with David was a wonderful experience. Good communication is essential for me, and with David, it was exceptional. If he didn’t pick up the phone when I called (and usually he did), he would always get back to me promptly. The same thing with emails.
At every step of the process, David was on top of things and kept me informed. He patiently answered all my questions, explained things clearly, and made sure I understood everything. If any obstacle came up, he would figure out how to deal with it or find another way to get where we wanted to go. He was always there to help with whatever I needed. When there was complicated paperwork to deal with, he walked me through it. When I was having a nervous moment, he would calm me down and reassure me that things would work out.
