I can’t recommend David enough!

My husband and I were at the end of our ropes in our home buying process. Our real estate agent was inexperienced and uninformed. When we first started working with our agent, he recommended we work with a rep from a certain national banking institution. Being first time home buyers, we met with this rep to explore our options. He proceeded to provide us with a grossly inaccurate GFE. Everything was on “his” time and he showed very little interest in working with us.

After bemoaning our situation to a coworker, she recommended David as he helped her purchase her home a year ago. She couldn’t stop raving about David. So, naturally, I reached out to him for a meeting.

What impressed me initially was his willingness to work on OUR schedule. He came to our home in the evening to meet with us – how many people would really do that?

After meeting him, we knew immediately that he was someone we wanted to work with. Turns out, he was the best decision we made throughout this entire process. He was able to get us an amazing rate and a fantastic loan (where we had VERY little in closing costs). He even came to our close of escrow with us, for moral support and to answer any questions we had.

I can’t say enough good things about David. He was the ONLY one who helped us in this process. David is amazingly patient and clear. If we had any questions, we knew we could always come to him and ask. He knows his stuff – that’s for sure! I never walked away from a conversation confused or concerned.

I would recommend David ten times over to any folks looking for a skilled, committed, and informed mortgage broker.

While most inexperienced buyers think it is primarily the realtor who has to know their stuff when purchasing a house, the lender in most cases is just as important, if not more. There are so many things to watch out for, papers to sign and documents to get in. David and his staff were great. They communicated rapidly, cleared up questions and got my loan approved and funded faster than anticipated. You would be smart to use his company.

David is a knowledgeable, competent and trustworthy mortgage broker who looks after the clients best interest at all times. He stays on top of things and lets me know what is happening with each step of the loan process. I don’t have any worries when David is doing a loan for any of my clients.

Can not recommend David enough! He gave me at least an hour consultation by phone for free– months and months before we were actually ready to buy a house. He helped steer us in the right direction as far as what we could afford and what we were looking for. We got pre-approved for a loan at our credit union and when we called David for a second opinion he found us a way better rate! He also helped us figure out how to build our closing costs into the loan so we could have money leftover for renovations.

He met us in the evening at our home whenever he needed us to sign things so we never had to interrupt our work schedule. He saved us money and looked out for our interests every step along the way, which was particularly important because we were buying directly through the seller’s agent.

David knows his business thoroughly, and found me a much better deal than I was being offered by my usual sources. His attention to detail and friendly service made the whole thing happen quickly and without any mistakes. Couldn’t be better.

You were our Sherpa though this whole experience. From pointing us in the right direction nearly a year ago, to always being at the other end of the phone for the tiniest question, you helped make our dreams come true. Hope to work with you again some time in the future.

Even when we finally did get an offer accepted and we nearly fell out our escrow twice you never wavered. You got us a loan even when most places turned us down. You stayed calm and positive through all the ups and downs and for that we are eternally thankful for your professionalism, patience and awesome expertise.

Most places would have given up on us a long time ago but you went the distance and saw us all the way though to our dream house. We will definitely spread the word to all of our friends and family that your company should be their first stop when they are ready to buy or refinance a house.

I have refinanced my home with David and I’ve found him to be totally professional, diligent and very easy to work with.
